In the past, BJP MP Sakshi Maharaj has called Nathuram Godse, Mahatma Gandhi's killer, a "martyr".

Then, his glorious remarks, that Hindu women should bear at least four children to protect the religion (of course, because that's what women are: baby-producing factories), made him the poster boy of the saffron party's pet project - Hindutva.

Be it the Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid debate, or jumping on the bandwagon "to kill and get killed" in the name of the Gau Mata, equating Muslim women with footwear, our Maharaj-ji has been on a roll.

Just when you thought that he had been lying low and not sounding off his pearly nuggets of wisdom lately, the BJP MP makes a splashy comeback and how!

In his latest gaffe, Sakshi Maharaj sat and watched as a girl's jeans were pulled down in full public view in Uttar Pradesh's Mainpuri.

The BJP MP from Unnao asked that the girl, who had reportedly sustained injuries in a police raid conducted to bust spurious liquor trade rife in the state, be helped out of her lowers so that he could "ascertain her condition". What a discerning eye!

However, he was blind to the girl's incessant pleas and protests and not just allowed, but in fact supervised the shameful act in public.

Let's take a moment to remember that Sakshi Maharaj may be a loony toon, but he's certainly not a certified doctor.

We are at our wit's end as to why the BJP is still keeping a perverted MCP, err, MP like him around.

Modi government's "Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao" is a farce, it is thus proved. Not having a problem with a problem like Sakshi Maharaj continues to be one of Bharat Mata's many nightmares.
