J&K minister in a fix over fixing woman doctor's collar. Twitter reactions

Jammu and Kashmir health minister Chaudhary Lal Singh was caught on camera on Tuesday inappropriately touching a woman doctor at a government hospital in Lakhanpur. A photo of the minister touching the collar of a female doctor while others watched went viral on Twitter and Facebook, with the opposition demanding action against the minister. This is not the first time Singh has courted controversy. Just two weeks after taking his oath in February this year, he had landed in a controversy after a woman doctor filed a complaint against him, accusing him of "mental harassment amounting to outraging modesty".
