Bigg Boss 11 blog: Will Hiten Tejwani be evicted tonight?

It’s not easy to understand how the game of the Bigg Boss works. This holds true even for the housemates, who happen to believe that they are in control of whatever is happening inside the house, only to be left surprised later. The happened once again in Saturday’s (December 16) episode — Weekend ka Vaar — when host Salman Khan announced the name of Luv Tyagi as the one to have ducked eviction this week.
After all, he was nominated along with senior actors like Shilpa Shinde of Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai fame and Hiten Tejwani, who has acted in plenty of television serials such as Kutumb and Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. While Shilpa quite predictably got saved, it’s a tussle between Hiten Tejwani and Priyank Sharma now and the result will be out tonight.
Arshi blames Vikas for Hiten’s situation
If we go back a little, former captain Arshi Khan had a significant role in nominations. There were two teams: One comprising Vikas, Puneesh, Hina and Akash and the other comprising Shilpa, Luv, Priyank and Hiten. Before Arshi was made the captain, she had to promise that she would have to save Puneesh from eviction, which left Arshi with no choice other than targeting the other team. “I don’t know how long we will be saving Puneesh. Because of Puneesh, Hiten is in danger today,” Arshi told Vikas after Salman Khan declared that Luv and Shilpa are safe as they had received the maximum votes.
Will Vikas’s plan fail?
For the first time, the unofficial big boss of the game, seemed perturbed on Saturday night as both his favourites – Hiten and Priyank — are in danger. “I never imagined Luv will get so many votes,” Vikas told Arshi, while the duo was reflecting on where they went wrong.
Salman raps housemates for not choosing captain
Host Salman Khan minced no words in condemning the intense enmity inside the house which deprived the housemates of a captain, and the powers that come with it for the week. While everyone (Vikas, Shilpa, Luv, Puneesh, Shilpa) blamed Arshi for not budging, Arshi clarified that she deserved captaincy as she had performed well in the task. Salman said Shilpa could have become the captain, as she has never enjoyed the role.
Luv set to leave team Hina
As a reward for receiving the maximum number of votes, Luv and Shilpa got the chance to watch what the other housemates talked about them behind their back. Luv was shown a video in which his friends Hina and Priyank were talking about him. While Priyank said he felt that Luv had a soft corner for Hina, Hina said she didn’t see any fault in that. This is likely to draw Luv away from Hina and closer to Shilpa.
