Bigg Boss 11 blog: Why fans can’t stop talking about Shilpa Shinde, Hina Khan hugging each other
Vikas accused Hina of falling on men intentionally.
The "poultry farm" task has turned the Bigg Boss house into a place full of bickering people who are continuously suspecting each other's motives and actions.
But amid all this, a sudden and unexpected bonhomie between Shilpa Shinde and Hina Khan offered a cherishable moment to Bigg Boss 11 fans, and they could not stop talking about how beautiful and powerful they look together.
Unlike Arshi and Shilpa, who used to be good friends once upon a time on the show, Hina and Shilpa were never on good terms. So, their unexpected friendship, born out of the their common enmity towards Vikas Gupta, is the talk of the town.
Vikas out of captaincy race
As per the task, the lawn area of the Bigg Boss house turned into a poultry farm. There was a toy hen laying golden eggs with the name of a contestant written on it. While the contestant had to save the egg denoting his or her chance of captaincy, others had to try and get hold of it and drop it into the pool.
On Wednesday, when the egg with Vikas’s name popped out, Vikas, Arshi, Luv, Priyank rushed to protect it. It was tough to snatch away the egg from such a secure chain. Shilpa and Hina almost gave up on their plan to out Vikas from the captaincy race. But all of a sudden, Akash Dadlani, who was far away from the scene, came and took away the egg and dropped it into the swimming pool. Shilpa and Hina hugged each other and this happened on social media.

Vikas shames Hina
The task of protecting golden eggs involved a good amount of physical fight, in which Vikas was seen pushing Hina. When Hina protested, Vikas accused Hina of taking wrongful advantage of being a woman. “You will fall on men intentionally and then you will only cry foul,” Vikas said to Hina.
Priyank caught between Vikas and Hina
It was a Catch-22 situation for Priyank Sharma. A video, doing rounds on social media, about Hina telling Puneesh that Vikas planned Hiten’s eviction, was actually from yesterday’s (December 20) episode. The 20-second clip was just an abrupt one. The episode saw Priyank denying the fact.
Before the issue got more complicated, Vikas made it clear that he always wanted to save Hiten Tejwani. Hina apologised to Vikas and clarified the issue to Shilpa and Puneesh as well. Caught between Hina and Vikas, Priyank decided not to mix his allegiances anymore. “I won’t talk about you to Vikas and won’t talk about Vikas with you,” Priyank said to Hina. Hina then discussed with Shilpa the possibility of Priyank not going against Vikas, as he would work in Vikas' production after Bigg Boss 11.
Akash, the dark horse for TRP
After ousting Vikas from the captaincy task, Akash was visibly jubilant. He kept on bragging about it and also admitted that he was doing all of this only to provide content for the show. He also came to snatch the golden egg with Priyank’s name but did not succeed.
Hina, Shilpa, Luv, Priyank in captaincy race
At the end of Wednesday’s episode, Hina, Shilpa, Luv and Priyank were in the race for captaincy.
While it’s not clear whether there will be another task to decide who the captain will be, or if the housemates will be asked to vote, discussions were on. Luv and Priyank are likely to be ahead of Shilpa and Hina, if housemates are asked to choose their captain.
