If the music lovers are divided over anything right now, it's Christina Aguilera big comeback. After a gap of six years, she will be releasing her new album Liberation on June 15.
A track from the album, "Accelerate", recently released on YouTube, has already become a topic of hot debate as to whether she needs to smear herself with a “honey-like” mixture all over her body and seductively lick her finger to establish her musical prowess.
But that's not all. Fans are also wondering whether it's a pop song at all. But then, it also isn’t a "straight-up hip-hop either". The sensuous track, in which Aguilera is seen naked apart from the black tape over her chest while asking her partner to “pick up your speed”, is produced by Kanye West.
Why fans are disappointed
Yo so i just watched @xtina music video for accelerate.........basically she was taking multiple cum shots on her face and letting "milk" dribble down her chin............she basically shot a porno and called it a music video.

Just listened to Christina Aguilera’s “Accelerate” and it sounds like an amateur mashup... or maybe a really drunk karaoke night where no one knows the words and they’re too drunk to read them... what the hell is this

Sooooo you made your fans wait almost a decade for a shitty ass song with TWO rap features? Girl bye you deserve to tank @xtina #accelerate

The video has been termed as her most "graphic" music video ever. In 2012, she had released her seventh album Lotus. In between she was a coach for NBC singing competition, The Voice, about which she has few good things to tell about. The title of her comeback Liberation is significant, as she told in many interviews that she was longing for freedom from the show. All this created much attention to the transformation she was going through for her new avatar. But it seems to have only upset her fans.
The new Christina song is bad. That’s sad. She’s so cool but this song is truly unbearable.

The video also features Ty Dolla $ign and 2 Chainz. According to reports, Liberation will also feature a duet with Demi Lovato. It’s been 17 years since Aguilera has worked with another female artist. The last time was her famous “Lady Marmalade” collaboration with Pink, Mya and Lil’ Kim in 2001.
But wait! Here come the fans

Her act of licking milk in the video is also being seen as an allusion to the time of her career when she was associated with Oreo.
