Daily Recco, April 27: Curry leaves, honey and tulsi paste to help boost immunity

Consume this paste every day. Though it can be had any time of the day, it is advised to consume it on an empty stomach in the morning.

As the country fights the second wave of Covid-19, the only way in which we can contribute to the overburdened healthcare system is by staying home and staying healthy. At this juncture, it is important to concentrate on boosting our immunity. 

Our recco for the day is an immunity-boosting paste of curry leaves, honey and tulsi.

What you need:

3-4 curry leaves  

3-4 tulsi leaves

1 tsp honey

How to:

Grind the curry leaves and tulsi on a stone or wood hand grinder. 

Empty the paste into a bowl.

Add honey.

Mix it well and serve.

Tip: Consume this paste every day. Though it can be had any time of the day, it is advised to consume it on an empty stomach in the morning.
