The Supreme Court on November 14 dismissed the PIL filed by advocate Kamini Jaiswal seeking an SIT probe into the medical college admission scam case.&amp;nbsp;The three-judge bench led by justice RK Agarwal held that the conduct of senior lawyer Prashant Bhushan was unethical and amounted to 'forum shopping' - a practice adopted by litigants to get their cases heard by a particular court for a favorable judgment.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p id='p_2'&gt;Even as the matter has been dealt for now, in the future the apex court will have to set up a mechanism for answering the difficult questions raised by the case and fixing accountability of its judges.&lt;/p&gt;
