Don't let Modi's 56-inch chest shrink in Gujarat

If he is moved out, who would continue with the Gujarat model of information dissemination?

They complain that patriots from this great and free country, apportioned out of erstwhile Hindustan now simply called Bharat, do perforce hail Narendra Modi the honourable Prime Minister of India. To them can be countered - and why not? Because they dare malign Him? Because they have the audacity to question His birth?

From pulpit after Gujarati pulpit, the greatest Prime Minister, that India has ever had the good fortune to deserve, appeals to the people of this wondrous land. He thunders in his inimitable style pointing at those who are denigrating the prestigious profession of politicking. He tells his mesmerised audience why Gujarat must vote for BJP - to deny them the chance to govern 22 years after they last messed it up. But more so because they were stooping to levels that Mughal Emperors had stooped - to conquer this land.

Three centuries ago, Aurangzeb, the evil incarnate, had sent his blemish-less father into house arrest till death. Confined to the interiors of Agra fort the man, who spawned the evil, had the distraction of endlessly watching the white marble monument, across the river, which only an emperor could have built to prove his love. Unlike the 6th generation naturalised foreign invader, the democratically mandated current potentate of India did not confine his proverbial political father to house arrest. On so many occasions Narendra Modi shared the stage with Margdarshak LK Advani, never once holding back the Rath Master of the BJP from being relegated to the pages of glorious history. Ample proof of who is not as barbarous as the descendent of the central Asian adventurer Babur.

And coming back to them, they act not just like the evil Aurangzeb from 300 years ago, whose road in New Delhi has so appropriately been appropriated, but also like the vile evilness that preceded by four centuries Babur's great, great, great grandson. That was a truly horrible man because he coveted the wives of other such rulers. One wife in particular was his choicest obsession, who rose out of fiction to defend the honour of all Indian women in perpetuity. This beautiful persona, created long after the horrid man's conquest, gave his war with Mewar a motive post-mortem as it also breathed fire into an otherwise dull onset to the winter of 2017. Heads and noses were threatened to be lopped off in the preservation of justifiably fickle pride. The Prime Minister's men, always confident of the logic of his message and the intelligence of his brethren, mentioned the kinship of their leader to Alauddin Khilji to possibly drive home the point of modern India's contempt for its intractable past.

From the podium the Prime Minister of Gujarat blusters the people of his State, to state their choice in the preservation of Gujarati pride. How dare they presume that now that he is the Prime Minister of India he would let Gujarat forget that he is Gujarat and vice versa. Unlike the vice of the one previous instance of comparable allusion, when momentarily India was Indira and Indira was India, that was clearly a case of megalomaniacal allocations but here the pride of Gujarat is at stake. It is to be noted that the lions of Gujarat do not even succumb to Supreme Court mandated orders to move out and multiply how can they expect a Gujarati Lion to do so when he would much rather move in and divide. Also if He moved out, who would continue with the Gujarat model of information dissemination?

There are so many similarities between Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, Vallabhbhai Patel and Narendra Damodardas Modi. There is the righteous similarity of religion, region and language - the required trinity necessary to bestow divine sanction of winning Gujarat once again. How can they, the outsiders, be expected to understand the all permeating fear of the interloper that stalks the lion state of India? The irascible fear of the OTHER that shrinks the loins of Gujarat...
